Shipping & Delivery
Yes. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your package.
Tracking updates can sometimes take a few days to appear, especially while the package is moving between sorting facilities. If your tracking has not updated for a longer period, please contact us.

Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 30-day return policy. You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Yes. If your item does not fit as expected, you can request a return within the return period.

If the size you need is available, we will gladly help you with an exchange. Please contact us with your order number and the size you would like instead.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. It may take several business days for the amount to appear in your account.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. You may still request a return after receiving your order, as long as it is within the return period.
Products
Not always. Many Emma Vancouver pieces are available in limited quantities, so we recommend ordering your preferred size while it is still available.
Please follow the care instructions listed on the product page or garment label. We recommend washing delicate pieces gently and avoiding high heat.
