Payment Policy
At EmmaVancouver, all payments are processed securely through Shopify’s encrypted checkout system.

All prices displayed on our website are in Canadian Dollars (CAD), unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Your payment information is encrypted and securely processed through our payment providers. EmmaVancouver does not store or have access to your full credit card details.
Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully authorized and received.
Payment Authorization
When you place an order, your payment method will be charged or authorized during checkout.
If your payment cannot be verified, authorized or completed, your order may not be processed.
EmmaVancouver reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order if payment cannot be verified, if fraud is suspected, or if the payment provider declines the transaction.
Payment Security
We use secure payment processing through Shopify and trusted third-party payment providers.
All payment transactions are encrypted and processed securely. For your security, we do not store full credit card numbers or complete payment details on our own systems.
PayPal Payments
If you choose to pay with PayPal, your payment will be processed through PayPal’s secure payment system.
Refunds for PayPal payments will normally be issued back to the original PayPal account used for the purchase.
Currency
All orders are processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
If your bank, card provider or payment provider uses another currency, additional conversion fees or foreign transaction fees may apply. These fees are charged by your bank or payment provider and are not controlled by EmmaVancouver.
Failed or Declined Payments
If your payment is declined, please check your payment details or contact your bank or payment provider.
We are unable to ship or process an order until the payment has been successfully completed.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please note that it may take several business days for your bank, credit card provider or payment provider to process and post the refund.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution.
