Emma spent twenty two years as a buyer for a large fashion chain before starting Emma Vancouver in 2016. Since then we have curated our collection with fresh eyes every season, asking one question before anything goes on the site: would we recommend this to someone we care about? If the answer is not an immediate yes, it does not make the cut.
We believe in doing business the Canadian way. Straightforward, warm, and always standing behind what we sell. If something is not right when it arrives, we make it right. No difficult questions, no back and forth. Your satisfaction is not a policy. It is our promise.
