Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Every order ships free within Canada with Canada Post, including a Track and Trace code so you can follow your parcel.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped you receive an email with your tracking number and a direct tracking link, usually within 24 hours. You can also follow it on our track your order page.
What is your return policy?
You can return any item within 30 days of receiving it. Contact us first at support@emmavancouver.com and tell us the reason, so we can guide you through the return correctly.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Every payment is encrypted and processed securely.
Will I receive a confirmation email?
Yes. You receive a confirmation email right after your order, and a second email with your tracking link as soon as it ships.
